Unhappy mother’s day?

I love looking at pictures and trying to figure out the story behind the image. Sometimes much can be inferred from a single shot, other times all you can do is guess. Here is a picture I took on my handy point and shoot camera almost a month ago. It was one of those things that seemed so out of place I had to get a picture. I still wonder what the story is behind the roses thrown on the ground in the middle of a parking lot at a bowling alley – on Mother’s Day.
