Rocky and Roxie at Greenlake

I keep thinking to myself how ironic it is that I have a pile of photographs waiting – begging really – to be posted and shared with the world and yet I can’t seem to find the time to update this lovely little photojournal. Anyhow, as much as I know it would be logical to post the images in the order taken I am in the mood to post some photographs that I actually shot this afternoon. Don’t let the blue sky and bright sun fool you – it was bitterly cold out this today and we didn’t last long before we made a mad dash to the heated car. For those who don’t know these are photographs of two of my siblings – Rocky and Roxie aka the twins. I haven’t taken a picture of the two of them together for a couple years and as I looked through my camera I really started to feel as though they are now all grown up. It is hard to imagine that in a year and a half they will be voting – although I think they are likely to cancel each other out on most issuesI really like that as they’ve gotten older and matured they can get along pretty well and even share some of the same friends. Seeing them in gradeschool you wouldn’t have predicted that as a possibile future. Here are a few of my favorites:
