While you could suggest that all the snow that piled up during Kevin and Andrea’s celebrations yesterday gave new meaning to the term ‘white wedding’ there would be some irony in the fact that Andrea actually had a pink wedding dress and everything took place inside the tropical feeling Embassy Suites Hotel in Lynnwood.

Ceremony:
I’ve noticed a new trend in weddings this year that is a real sign of our times to me. It has nothing to do with the wedding itself but rather the youngest guests in attendance. Adults still ask me if my camera is digital or film (sometimes they ask if it is both) but kids today see a camera, strike a pose, and ask to see the resulting image. My guess is they have no idea that there still are cameras on the planet that don’t have that immediate feedback…but that’s ok, I haven’t used on for a few years anyhow.
Here is a good example…she’s so cute and not the least bit camera shy:
Mind you she posed hereslf when she saw me photographing the flowers – speaking of which these are some of the prettiest flowers I’ve seen all year:
And since we’re talking details – I love their cake too:
And certainly not your normal wedding photograph but rather a grab shot as I left at the end of the reception:
